How to Lose Fat FAST!

Get 100% of Nutrients Daily

 

The only way to optimize your health and melt fat away fast and forever is to get 100% of the nutrients your body needs daily.  Doing so will bring exponential health benefits.  You will have zero cravings as a lack of nutrients causes cravings.  You will feel calm and authoritative. Your mood will be uplifted, and you will be better able to handle your emotions. Your energy level will sky-rocket. All of the things you have wanted to accomplish and did not have the energy to tackle, you will be able to get done. Your life will be powerfully optimized.

Now you ask, how the heck do I make sure I am getting all of my nutrients daily? Well, there is an app for that, and it is called Cronometer.

The Cronometer app will do all the calculating; all you have to do is enter the food you are consuming and VIOLA, your 100% nutritional intake is charted for you to monitor.

The Cronometer app will also provide suggestions for food to eat to hit your nutrient targets.  It is a fantastic tool to add to your fat loss arsenal.

Eat Only Nutrient Dense Whole Foods

It is imperative for optimal health that you eat REAL food and nutrient-dense real whole foods.

When you eat processed and or ultra-processed foods, it will take far more calories to obtain 100% of your nutrients in a day, or you may never reach this goal.

There are also studies that have shown that an ultra-processed, nutrient-poor diet, is linked to changes in behavior and even acts of violence.

As shown in the chart below our caloric intake has increased since 1961 as has obesity rates.  Charts supplied by oneworlddata.org.

More than half the calories Americans consume now come from ultra-processed foods.

I am going to show you that by eating a nutrient-dense diet you can eat far fewer calories and drop fat fast!

Intermittent Fasting

Intermittent fasting has become popular in the past few years and has several health benefits.  You can read about them here.

During my 100 pounds in 100 days challenge, I will be eating one meal a day or OMAD as it is called, Monday thru Friday and then an 18/6 (18 hours fasting, 6 hours eating)schedule on the weekends.  You can read about OMAD here.

There are several different ways of fasting that you can read about here.

To track your fasting there is an app for that, and it's called ZERO.

Meditation

There are thousands of studies that have shown how mediation can positively impact mental and physical health.  I will leave you with this...JUST DO IT!  You will be amazed at the positive impact it will have on your life.  If you want to read more go here.

Longevity

In the book FANTASTIC VOYAGE by Ray Kurzweil and Terry Grossman M.D., they discuss for the reader to consider the exciting advances in biological and physical sciences that will bring to the health and quality of human life.  They state that if you can live long enough, you could live forever.

I'm not sure living forever interests me, but I certainly want to live long enough to see the world, preferably on foot, and to see the vision of the world I want for my Grandchildren and their peers come to fruition. I am on a mission to create optimal health in myself and share what I learn with the world, so together, we can live long and prosper!
